Thank You cake for wedding clients' pastor. Iced in vanilla buttercream. Flowers, card and envelope in gumpaste. Bottom border in fondant. Edible sugar pearls.

Cake for a 50th female birthday party. Iced in buttercream, airbrushed, with fondant accents-harlequin diamonds and ribbon. Mask, feathers, stars, and name greeting in gumpaste. Beads and comedy/tragedy masks in fondant.

Quick cake made for a SuperBowl 2011 (XLV) party at a friend's house. Ball and helmets are in fondant. Helmets were hand-painted with food-coloring markers. Goal posts, helmet accents, and yard lines are in royal icing. End zones and bottom border in fondant. Cake was iced in white chocolate cream cheese icing and airbrushed.

For a dear friend's wedding at the Four Season's Hotel in Houston, TX. Cake was covered in fondant. Stenciling is in royal icing, and hand-painted in a combination of dry and "wet" gold dusting. Gold ribbon is in fondant. Topper is a gumpaste cherry blossoms ring surrounding handmade bride and groom dolls made by the bride with the help of friends and family. Cakeballs were provided by a friend of the bride.

Cake for a little girl's 1st birthday. Cake iced in buttercream and airbrushed. Butterflies and tiara in gumpaste. Isomalt jewels as bottom border and accents on the tiara. Lettering on cake and cakeboard in gumpaste, as well as the name ribbon. The rest of the accents on the cake in fondant. Clear edible giltter was sprinkled on the "1" little tier. Whole design inspired by the event's invitation.
