This past weekend marked a huge milestone for BIG E’S BBQas we competed in our very first rib shootout for the The Yellow Out Campaign in Pasadena. From prep to turn-in, the excitement was real and the pressure was on but we loved every minute of it. No matter the results, we’re proud to take that first step into competition BBQ and can’t wait to keep improving and coming back stronger.
