The Sweet Corn 🌽 is in the truck at BYKER’S GARAGE!! Come and get yourself some!! 😋

The Sweet Corn truck is all ready to go!! And so is the Sweet Corn!!

The Byker’s are going to try a drop box with the Honor System…….

There could be times when someone will be there to help you but sometimes you will just grab a bag & put your payment into the box. Or the other option is to pay with your Venmo.

Cost is $6 per dozen or
$3 for a 1/2 dozen.

The Sweet Corn should be ready by 10:00AM tomorrow!!! 👏🙌

We have some EXCITING NEWS to share!!!

As you all know… it has been 4 LONG YEARS since we discontinued selling our Super Sweet Sweet Corn.

Although WE are not coming back, OUR SWEET CORN DEFINITELY IS!!

It is the same Yellow & White.
And the same Yellow Sweet Corn 🌽.

Important to note…..
The LOCATION WILL BE CHANGING
TO BYKER’S GARAGE IN PEASE!!

On August 31st, 2021 the guys removed the Big SuperSweet Sweet Corn 🌽 signs for the last time. 😳

This morning we finally found time to remove the wooden frames on the Northbound side of Hwy 169.

We thank everyone for supporting our little Sweet Corn stand when we sat on the corner of County Road 12 or at the Hi-Way Auto Sales.

There were many challenges over the 27 years. But we always overcame whatever the weather, bugs, deer, raccoons or the Hwy Patrol threw at us. 🥴🤣

We will miss all the HAPPY SMILES and We know that YOU will miss us. And for that we are truly sorry 😞.

We wish you all could continue to get & enjoy our Sweet Corn.

But we just can’t do it anymore. 😞

We are done selling corn 🌽 at the corn stand for today. 😞

The LAST patch is ready!!! We are at the corn 🌽 stand now.

We will not be here very long though. 😳

We only picked enough to sell, before the rain starts up again.....

*UPDATE August 15th, 2021*

We are at the Corn Stand today, August 15th, but ALL we have available is what is sitting in the truck. 🌽

Our 2nd patch is running low. So the Corn Stand will be more like a blinker. It’s working than it’s not working. The all yellow corn stores for at least 3 weeks in the refrigerator. So we recommend stocking up for when we don’t have enough for the corn stand.

Our 3rd & last planting is a ways away from being ready. We are estimating at least a week, possibly 2 (yikes) of being shutdown once the 2nd patch runs out.

The Sweet Corn 🌽 is coming along nicely. This is the yellow & white variety. As you can see it is just starting to form the kernels.

We are estimating the Sweet Corn will be ready the end of July beginning of August. 👏

We weren’t expecting to find any over achievers especially with how DRY it has been, but here it is! 🤣🤣

Our 2020 Sweet Corn Season is OFFICIALLY DONE ✅. There isn’t any more Sweet Corn 🌽 to put in the truck. ☹️ And like they say... “All good things must come to an end”. 😳 😢

Sadly, the Super Sweet Sweet Corn 🌽 has come to an end. We are officially DONE for this season.

Tonight is the Annual Pork Chip Dinner at the Faith Christian School!!! And our Sweet Corn is being served. 🌽
