Bluebonnet Bee Farm is a family owned and operated business located just north of Weatherford, in Parker County, Texas. Beekeepers Marilyn and Joel Stratmann brought their first hive on their property in early 2015 and have steadily added additional bees and beehives since. Marilyn is a retired school teacher, and Joel is still active in the remodel construction industry. Together they raised 2 da

ughters, have 2 grandchildren, are parents to dachshunds Penny and Shelly and in their free time rescue bees, tend their hives and are looking forward to their first crop of honey.
