Unfortunately , we hit a couple unforeseen snags with the Department of Agriculture that is causing us to slightly revamp our preparation, storage and delivery methods . When it comes to prepared food, there are far more technicalities and safety measures in place than I could have ever imagined. I want to make sure that if we’re going to do this, we’re doing it safely, ethically, and legally. Not to fear, we’ll work through them. Stay tuned, and I’ll keep you all up to date as we get closer to launch !

After a lot of encouragement from those closest to me, I have decided to throw my hat into the food delivery business! As many of you know, health and wellness is something I’m very passionate about. Fuel will place an emphasis on overall nutrition and affordability, without sacrificing flavor and portion size 💪🏼😋. Menu will vary weekly with food delivery occurring each Sunday. Menu will be released every Tuesday and Orders must be placed by Friday at 4:00pm to ensure Sunday delivery. Meals will be $9. Delivery will be $8 to anywhere in Lackawanna County or free pick-up in Peckville. We plan to launch Tuesday May 11th. Feel free to message me with any questions !
