What is our favorite wine & food pairing? Sauvignon Blanc & deep water Peconic Bay oysters. But! One summer night while making S’Mores over the grill with a glass of Saltbird Merlot in hand we discovered that a childhood favorite could be elevated. Dark chocolate, homemade marshmallows & fresh graham crackers paired with Saltbird Cellars 2020 North Fork Merlot instantly became a new favorite dessert pairing. the force behind captured the essence of that evening in her newest chocolate creation.
