It takes about 10 pounds of milk to make one pound of cheese and just over 21 pounds to make a pound of butter.

We love to see the milk cows enjoying this beautiful and sunny spring day. They are loving the new green grass. We rarely get to see the milk cows with the dairy barn in the background. They have their own pasture, but they found a weak spot in the fence, and decided this small pasture looked better.

Just wanted to let everyone know we won't have milk until 4:30 this afternoon.

Milk is $5 a gallon and you supply the jar. We like to meet with our customers the first time to show you how to get your milk. For your first visit we show you how to get milk from the bulk tank. After your first visit you can get your milk when its convenient for you. If you want to see us milk we milk around 4:30pm everyday. If you have any question we are more then happy to answer them.
