This is my absolute favorite loaf! And I know she doesn't look like much, but let me put you on my honey oat loaf. It's so soft, has a super tight crumb which means nothing leaks out, a light sweet flavor, and doesn't need to be toasted. I make all my sandwiches with this and it's always a big hit in my house. This will definitely be on the shelves for market days!
