What a BEAUTIFUL day celebrating these two! From the gorgeous dusty blue, sage green, and navy colors to the romantic outdoor ceremony and FUN glow stick exit, this wedding was full of unforgettable moments! 💙🤍💚

Our team at Katie’s Catering & Events had the pleasure of helping plan and coordinate every detail of this special day!

📋 Months of planning, creating timelines, organizing details, and communicating with the entire vendor team to make sure everything came together perfectly!

🌿 The Ceremony!
We brought their outdoor ceremony vision to life with beautiful white draping, dusty blue and white florals, greenery, and lanterns! Such a romantic setting to say “I DO!” 💍

🎉 The Grand Finale!
We ended the night with an AMAZING glow stick exit as family and friends lined the walkway to send off the newlyweds! SO MUCH FUN! ✨

The combination of rich greens, soft pinks, and elegant gold accents made these tables absolutely STUNNING! 😍

🥂 Cocktail Hour: We created a beautiful charcuterie grazing spread filled with delicious meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, veggies, and all the perfect little bites for guests to enjoy!

Instead of a traditional guest book, this couple invited their guests to help create a one-of-a-kind abstract painting! What a FUN and creative way to capture memories from their special day and have a keepsake they’ll treasure forever!

This beautiful wedding brought together rich burgundy and black details, a romantic atmosphere, and a menu full of delicious homestyle favorites! And we LOVED every bit of it! 🖤❤️

🥂 Cocktail Hour: We started the celebration with a HUGE charcuterie grazing spread for 270 guests! An incredible assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, and delicious bites beautifully displayed for everyone to enjoy!

🍽️ Dinner: This couple went all in on COMFORT FOOD, and we were here for it! 😍

What a beautiful celebration filled with warm autumn colors, meaningful details, and a delicious BREAKFAST-inspired menu! 🧡

One of our favorite personal touches was the couple’s Irish Blessing displayed at their guest book and gift table, inviting guests to share their love and blessings for the newlyweds. Such a sweet and meaningful detail! ☘️💕

We created a gorgeous breakfast-themed charcuterie spread featuring donuts, pastries, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, and traditional charcuterie favorites! The perfect way to welcome guests!

Oh, the FOOD!! 😍 We couldn’t finish sharing this gorgeous fall wedding without showing off all the delicious details that made this celebration extra special!

From an incredible grazing display to a delicious Italian dinner and the sweetest treats, we made sure the food was just as beautiful as the wedding itself! 🍁✨

🧀 THE CHARCUTERIE GRAZING TABLE!
And WOW, what a spread!! A massive, beautifully styled grazing table filled with delicious cheeses, meats, fresh fruits, vegetables, crackers, breads, dips, and so many tasty bites! We incorporated the couple’s gorgeous fall colors with rustic wooden displays, florals, greenery, and gold accents to make this table a showstopper! 🤎🧡

🍝 THE ITALIAN PASTA BAR!
For dinner, guests enjoyed a delicious build-your-own Italian pasta bar! With all the ingredients served separately, everyone could create their own perfect pasta dish, mixing and matching their favorites! A fun, customizable dinner experience with a little something for everyone! 🇮🇹❤️

🎂 THE WEDDING CAKE!
Simple, elegant, and absolutely PERFECT for their fall wedding! A beautiful white wedding cake adorned with soft neutral florals, autumn accents, and a sweet Mr. & Mrs. topper, displayed on a gorgeous gold stand with all the finishing touches! 🤍

🧁 THE DESSERT BAR!
Because one dessert is NEVER enough! 😍 We created a beautiful dessert display overflowing with sweet treats, including brownies, mini cheesecakes, snickerdoodle cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes, and more! Complete with a stunning floral backdrop, gold displays, and beautiful fall décor!

And what better way to finish a fall wedding than gathering outside around the fire?! A cozy s’mores station gave guests the perfect opportunity to enjoy a sweet treat, warm up by the fire, and make even more memories under the stars! 🍫🔥

From the first bite of cocktail hour to the final sweet treat by the fire, we LOVE creating food experiences that not only taste amazing but become part of the celebration itself!

🤎 The Ceremony: From the beautifully decorated arch with flowing drapery and fall florals to the aisle arrangements, welcome displays, and finishing touches, we loved creating the perfect setting for Tyler and Mackenzie to say “I DO!”
