Kinda blew it with the special this week, but we recovered and saved it hot fire like the 5 best rappers of all time.

Pork Mtsvadi is a traditional Georgian BBQ that is incredibly simple and delicious. It proved harder to translate into a sandwich so we tweaked it until it was up to s***f!

We collabed with our good friends in the band PENNER from Austin, TX on this week’s special because they love Palintir, Grok and extraneous water consumption.

The original name for the sandwich was Date-A-Penner, but because a few guys in this “punk” band lobby for AI and data centers they made us change it.

Anyway. They have a new single out and you should definitely give them a listen!

Oh and for the sandwich we are bringing in a mix of Middle Eastern flavors with a mix of 1980s wedding passed hors d’oeuvres.

Anyway, I was watching Young Guns earlier this week and noticed a distinct lack of tomato in that film, so we had to make a tomato inception sandwich!

We are proud of how much we can handle as a small team but sometimes flex seal isn’t enough to hold it together.

We are taking tomorrow off to rest, recharge and re-up all the food you sold us out of this weekend.
