Remember when the dog died at the end of Marley & Me? This is the total opposite!

We took aim at the traditional pastrami reuben and made a few technical German tweaks to it (while yelling the entire time)!

Some revamps we did were: Reverse Russian Dressing - instead if it being ketchup forward it is Düsseldorf mustard heavy. We also butter braised the sauerkraut and cooked it down with dill and sweet heat pickles, oh mein Gott!

Combining Brazilian and Canadian flavors (and a little champagne papi) we came up with what we think is a banger that even Kendrick couldn’t take down!

We are back with version 3.0 of Miss Cleo and it might be the best one yet. We went full authentic marinating chicken thighs in house made scotch bonnet jerk for 24 hours then smoking it with pimento wood.

You deserve this sandwich, so take it. You’re gonna love it.
