Our new R&D Center and Meat Processing Kitchen is taking shape, with exciting progress happening every day.

President & CEO Mike Shrier says almost all the drywall has been hung throughout the building. Sanding and painting are now underway in full force in the Presentation/Social Media Room and the Meat Processing Kitchen, with flooring installation to follow. The building now has its own power, and the final exterior sidewalk was poured this week.

Each milestone brings us one step closer to expanding our capabilities in research, product development, training, and customer collaboration. We can't wait to share more as the project continues to move forward!

The perfect balance of sweet and savory starts here.

Smooth brown sugar with a subtle hint of vanilla creates a rich foundation for the bold, robust flavor of garlic, resulting in a marinade that's as versatile as it is delicious.

Whether you're grilling chicken, pork, beef, or vegetables, this unique blend brings mouthwatering flavor to every bite.

Here is a shout-out to The National Provisioner for shining a spotlight on our receiving the F.W. Witt Supplier of the Year Award at the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) Convention last week. This marks the third time in our company history that we've been chosen for this honor. https://www.provisioneronline.com/articles/120902-aamp-presents-excalibur-seasoning-with-fw-witt-supplier-of-the-year-award

AAMP says Excalibur is active each year in supporting not only AAMP but also its state affiliates, always willing to help with seminars and other activities to support the organization and its members.

Thank you, American Association of Meat Processors, for this incredible honor.

During the opening session of the American Association of Meat Processors’ 87th American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers' Exhibition, Excalibur Seasoning was presented with the 2026 F.W. Witt Supplier of the Year Award. Excalibur Seasoning, headquartered in Pekin, IL, is a leading provider of meat & seafood seasonings, rubs and marinades. The company is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

AAMP has always recognized the important role that suppliers play in our survival and existence. Excalibur USA has been an active member of AAMP for many years and has been active in supporting the mission of AAMP. Each year, Excalibur is active in supporting not only AAMP but also its state affiliates, always willing to help with seminars and other activities to support the organization and its members. Excalibur has also been generous in its sponsorships of AAMP, its affiliates and other special programs designed to support small processors. AAMP is appreciative of Excalibur’s ongoing commitment to the meat and poultry industry as well as AAMP and its members.

The F.W. Witt Supplier of the Year Award was established to honor a person and/or supplier member who has been devoted to the meat and poultry industry, particularly small and medium-sized plant operators. This award is named after Frank Witt, the former owner of a spice company in Yorkville, IL. Frank was a person who believed in helping and working with the smallest processors in our industry.

AAMP’s 2026 Convention took place in Milwaukee, WI, on July 9-11. For more information about the association, visit www.aamp.com. For more information about Excalibur Seasoning, visit www.excaliburseasoning.com.

How much fun is the American Association of Meat Processors AAMP Convention in Milwaukee?

Day 1 on the trade show floor brought old friends and new faces to our booth. We refilled the samples of our Buttery Rosemary, Thyme, and Sage Flavored Patty and Cajun Style Smokehouse BBQ Chicken several times over, much to the delight of those who stopped by.
The AAMP convention was all about families, so many of the children who joined their parents were entertained by the swag, including our Excalibur foam swords. Looking forward to more fun at the Baird Conference Center through the weekend.
