Sangalli’s Court Street Steakhouse — Pekin, IL

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Cook to join our kitchen team!

Experience is required. At this time, we are looking for someone who can step into the kitchen and hit the ground running. You must be comfortable properly cooking steaks, following recipes, following directions, and maintaining consistency and quality.

Schedule:
• Tuesday: 4 PM–8 PM
• Thursday: 4 PM–8 PM
• Friday: 3 PM–9 PM
• Saturday: 3 PM–9 PM
20 hours per week — weekends are required.

The right candidate will train directly with Chef Joe for the first two weeks before transitioning into the regular set schedule.

He is looking to get someone started ASAP!

If you know someone who would be a great fit, feel free to recommend them and have them come speak with Chef Joe Tuesday or Wednesday between 2 PM and 4 PM.

We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, experienced, and ready to be part of a strong kitchen team.
