Wanting to up your BBQ game?

We had the pleasure of hosting a one-on-one class this weekend in Excelsior Springs and they were able to FEEL tenderness, TASTE our flavors, and SEE what all goes in to putting those 6 pieces of meat into the turn-in box before we close that lid.

We’re hoping it’s a game changer for them and can’t wait to see what they go out and do now!

We still have a few openings left for this year and we’d love to share our love of BBQ with you!

Well the Big Red Mule is still in the shop but we were not gonna miss the KCBS Battle of the Blue Ridge. Let me say this is a great event, great venue and great and supportive people that get behind our awesome vets and the struggles they deal with daily. So many people take for granted our freedom and the cost our vets endure after they come home. Thank you again for such an important passion y’all have for our service members.

Thank everyone for the happy birthday song at awards that was very special.

Thank you to Bad Rooster BBQ and Dawn King Beard for the Friday night birthday celebration and pizza party celebration for Adam and I. We are getting older but also much wiser. We have all the answers just ask. lol

With a overall 7th out of 42 team

First let me say we both are ok just still in shock. Yesterday we were traveling down the highway and were hit head on from a lady coming down the wrong way down the interstate. I post this for folks maybe thinking about class a vs super c motorhome. Not sure if a class a would have been drivable but this beast took the hit and we are fine. So now instead of going to a bbq comp we are headed for repairs. Just glad we don’t need repaired. Dawn does need some Jesus after some things she said afterwards though.
