Final Southwest District Livestock shows for Hunter Banes today. He ended with a great Dairy Cattle Show. His very 1st dairy cow baby Ore won Reserve Champion Commercial Dairy Cow and his little registered Jersey Pearl's Girl won Reserve Junior Champion Jersey. He got 2nd in showmanship for dairy cows, 4th in Dairy goats, & in swine showmanship. Next stop...Dixie National Livestock Shows tomorrow through next Tuesday.

2026 and final Rankin County Livestock Show for Hunter Banes. It ended on a great note. Hunter received a Rankin County Junior Livestock Scholarship. We will sure miss this show life. We are not out of it but going to slow down a lot for a couple of years.

Update...pigs are home on lock down. Thank you all.

We have 3 4H show hogs missing around highway 43 Woodrow Martin rd area. They have ear tags and are very friendly. Please contact me if you see them 769-274-0995. They are supposed to be at Rankin County Junior Livestock Show on Friday. 2 black and white 1 red
