Vienna roasts are often the sweet spot for a lot of folks. It is between medium and dark. Less acidity than a medium roast but it still retains a lot of the finite flavor characters. Funnily enough Vienna roasts are hard to find commercially, which is part of why I started roasting my own coffee 4 years ago!

I got a new Papua New Guinea bean in that is a peaberry (top) which looks quite different from a "normal" bean (bottom). Thought to be a genetic mutation that causes only one seed within the cherry to fertilize, peaberry beans are rounder and tend to be smaller.

These arrived to the US on 10/24 and are super fresh!! Im hoping to have the profile nailed down and have these available ASAP. I've been traveling for work and am traveling yet again this weekend, but I'll do my best!

The single serve pour-over is here!

How to use:

1) tear open at the top
2) pull out side tabs and place onto cup of choice
3) squeeze tabs out for secure hold
4) prepare hot water (if you don't have temp monitoring, I'd recommend boiling the water, letting it still then pouring it into the grounds)
5) pour at your desired pace until complete
6) squeeze using the side tabs and remove
7) enjoy great coffee on the go!

Our exterior packaging is water and puncture proof and makes a great pack out tool.
