Our newest creation combines BISON (also known as buffalo) and PORK to make one incredible bratwurst!

Bison is known for its rich, hearty flavor, and when combined with pork and our carefully selected seasonings, it makes one heck of a sausage!

🇵🇹 FROM PORTUGAL TO PEMBERVILLE, OHIO! 🇵🇹

We’re traveling the world one sausage at a time at Frobose Meat Locker!

Fresh out of our smokehouse is our homemade Portuguese Linguiça (leen-GWEE-sah)!

Linguiça has been part of Portuguese culinary traditions for centuries. Portuguese immigrants brought their sausage-making traditions to America, where Linguiça became especially popular in places like Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Hawaii.

Traditionally made with pork, garlic, paprika, red w**e, and other spices, Linguiça is known for its rich, savory flavor and beautiful reddish color.

Unlike many fresh sausages, our Linguiça is slowly smoked and right here in our own smokehouse!

It’s delicious sliced and fried with eggs, grilled on a sandwich, added to soups and stews, or simply enjoyed by itself.

We take tremendous pride in exploring traditional sausage recipes from around the world. Different countries, different cultures, different flavors, but one thing they all have in common is a rich history of sausage making!

And that’s something we appreciate!
