🥣 CAULI-FLOWER POWER! 🌿

This week’s soup is bringing a little local love to your bowl! Our Roasted Cauliflower Soup starts with local cauliflower, seasoned up and roasted with garlic until it’s golden and full of flavor. Then we bring it all together with our housemade chicken bone broth (yep, even our broth gets the from-scratch treatment around here 😉) and just a hint of nutmeg to bring out the best in every spoonful.

Finished with fresh parsley, roasted pine nuts and a dash of olive oil for a little color, crunch, and extra goodness.

Local veggies, scratch-made goodness, and a whole lot of flavor. That’s how we do soup at Front Street Cafe!

Wednesday: Hand-cut.
Thursday: A perfectly timed bath in our very own rendered beef tallow.
FRY-DAY: Golden, crispy, lightly salted, and ready for his big debut! ⭐

No fancy treatments. No complicated process. Just real Idaho potatoes, a little hands-on prep, and doing things the way we do at Front Street. We keep it simple, make it right here, and let good ingredients do the talking. ❤️

Our potato has been cut.

Now it’s time for his bath.

And because this is Front Street, we’re not sending him to just any old swimming hole. 😂

He’s going into our own rendered beef tallow.

We render it ourselves.
We hand-cut the potatoes ourselves.
We keep the ingredients simple.

Fresh Idaho potato → house-rendered beef tallow → just a little salt.

That’s really all it takes.

Tomorrow, the journey comes full circle.
