🔥 To show off the versatility of our Doc Holliday Huckleberry-flavored wh***ey, we’ve created the Huckleberry Cracker Old-Fashioned. Time to ignite all those fireside marshmallow-roasting memories...

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹?
Bitters and brown sugar echo that toasty, honeyed “graham cracker” mid-palate and lets the bourbon base show through, while keeping the vanilla notes silky.

🥃 𝗛𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗹𝗱-𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 2.5 oz Doc Holliday Huckleberry flavored wh***ey
• 1 tsp demerara syrup (or 1 tsp brown sugar dissolved in 1 tsp hot water)
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 1 dash vanilla bitters or 1 drop vanilla extract (optional)
• Pinch of salt (optional)
• Large ice cube (or a handful of ice)

𝗧𝗼 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵
• Orange peel

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱
• Add syrup and bitters (and optional vanilla and salt) to a rocks glass.
• Add wh***ey and stir with ice for 15-20 seconds.
• Add a big cube (or refresh ice) and stir once more.
• Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.

𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗧𝗶𝗽
•This obviously pairs perfectly with s’mores, but if you want to crank up the notch, sip this cocktail with some delicate dark chocolate!

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂! Don’t forget to send us your go-to bourbon-based cocktails. Whether it’s a refreshing Highball, your version of an Old Fashioned, or even a batched cocktail to keep entertaining easy. Send us your recipes, along with a photo, and we’ll post some of our favorites!

🤠 Not all the deliveries to WWS headquarters are barrels and bottles! This crate contained something very, very special...

Not only is this Doc Holliday statue a striking centerpiece in our Doc Holliday Saloon and Museum, it was also was the inspiration for our Doc Holliday Ceramic Decanter and the template for the bottle stopper on our exclusive Doc 175th Anniversary Edition Bourbon.

There’s more info about this incredible statue… but for now, we have to keep it under our hat!

Head over to our dedicated Doc Holliday website - dochollidaybourbon.com to see our full selection of wh***ey and merch!
