Singletree Ranch

Singletree Ranch We specialize in rehabilitating and training Paso Fino horses before helping them find their forever homes. By 1998 we had seven horses and needed more room.

Singletree Ranch is dedicated to the welfare of The Paso Fino horse. We rescue neglected, homeless and/or abused horses that would otherwise be sold to people who do not know what they have. We promote horse advocacy and manage a social network for all who share an interest in horses–wild and domestic. Originally called SweetHaven Ranch for the safe haven we created for Paso Fino horses, in Lawren

ceville, Georgia in 1990. We had only five acres fenced and cross fenced and we started with two Pasos. In 2005 we moved to a fifteen acre farm in Pendergrass, Georgia. Located 10 miles south of Commerce, Georgia North east of Atlanta about 60 miles. We Leased some additional land, and now have Gaited Mules in addition to our efforts to train and rescue Paso Fino's

We called the ranch Singletree, named for the one large old oak tree on the top of the hill in our six acre pasture. We're been dedicated to the care, rescue and education of Paso Fino horses specifically for pleasure and trail enjoyment. Our Paso Fino horses are all well gaited with great, easy going temperaments, but with brio and spirit under saddle.
