Mimeo was not a fan of Lead training Day 1 π
An update on Mimeo and Maisie, and a little morning routine πππ₯°
Oakley has been struggling with being alone. It started while she was still pregnant. Sheβs doing SO well, but almost every time I leave, she cries and paces. When I come in, she hugs and kisses me, lays down and almost immediately falls asleep. Sheβs stressed, like any new mother would be. We donβt want to be alone right away either. We need reassurance that weβre doing good and that itβs going to be ok.

Fresh Goat's Milk with my favorite cereal and blueberries π₯°
Goat's milk is a frequently over looked super food! Don't believe me? I have been experiencing some amazing positive changes in my body ever since switching to goat's milk based dairy products (mostly homemade from our girls' fresh milk). After suffering from the seemingly spontaneous inconsistencies, inconveniences, and horrible discomfort of IBS for many years, it has been a huge relief to feel the symptoms flare less frequently and be less painful. Goat's milk has a TON of health benefits. Below are just some examples π Also, enjoy my somewhat commercial-like video that I probably put way too much effort into.
" Many people who perceive they have issues with cows' milk can drink goats' milk without any problems, and even say that their symptoms (such as eczema; asthma; bloatedness; constipation; digestive discomfort and catarrh) are reduced or go away altogether." - An excerpt from the following article
