We’re running a little low on eggs right now between the mud and one of the hens going broody (and being very possessive of the eggs she keeps stealing! )🤦🏻‍♀️ Hoping we can come to an understanding in the next day or two so we can get back on track! 🙂🙂

Unfortunately, the late frost seems to have affected the strawberries. They just haven’t bloomed and usually we would be selling in the next week or so. 😭
We’ve had a few handfuls, but that’s it. I’m holding onto hope that they will just be late this year. 🤞🏻 I will update if things change.
A side note—- please take the time to think about something. This is just a small view of what farmers go through. Nature does its thing, and while there are things that can be done to help, sometimes, nature just doesn’t work out. Farming, both crops and livestock, is hard for so many reasons. Please, give all farmers the respect, patience and understanding they deserve. Don’t judge. Don’t go on social media saying how things “should” be done if you have never been in their shoes. It’s their life and it’s not an easy one. 💗

she takes care of the behind the scenes of Kolten’s Kluckers, as well as all of us, & never complains. she shows us daily how to work hard, enjoy the chaos, and be kind. we couldn’t ask for a better mom & gramma!! ♥️

Do you see them?? It’s almost that time again!! I don’t know when we will have them, but I will keep Kolten’s Krew updated!! 🍓🍓 I know a lot of people love our berries and I will work on a system to be sure everyone gets a chance to have some! 🙂💗🍓🍓
I do know we will not have berries out June 15th-18th.

The girls have been busy earning their keep with a steady supply of eggs! I try to post when we are out or you can text or message me. 12/$4
