2026 has brought quite a few changes for our family. After a lot of thought, Amanda has decided to step back from Nourished to focus more on family in this chapter of life.

Opening Nourished has been one of our proudest accomplishments, and we are incredibly grateful for the support this community has shown us. We truly believe in what Nourished can continue to be, which is why we want to explore passing it on to the right person-someone who is passionate and excited about health, wellness, and serving the community, and wants to continue building on what we started. If you or someone you know may be interested in taking this step, please reach out to us directly.

Nothing is changing immediately and we will keep everyone as up to date as possible as we figure out next steps.
