🚜🌽🥃 Big news from Creekbottom Farm!

We just dropped off 200 lbs of our heirloom Jimmy Red corn at Distillery 64 in New Albany, IN. Earlier test distillations turned out fantastic, and we’re thrilled to be working with Brett and the team on something special.

This is the start of a great partnership, and we can’t wait to see (and taste!) how our Jimmy Red shines in their bourbon. Stay tuned for updates as this collaboration grows!

It’s not an official product (yet!), but we’re excited about the potential and hope to keep building this relationship—and spreading the word in Indiana about this special, flavorful corn we’ve worked hard to grow. 💥

Orders are already coming in for this year's "Bourbon Quality" crop of Jimmy Red corn, and we anticipate it to be our best year yet!

We offer corn in small packages (1-50 #) as well as larger quantities (800 #+) for commercial distilleries. All of our corn is professionally cleaned and packaged, with convenient delivery or pick-up options available. Certified organic by OEFFA, and food-grade quality.
