Starting a little series: counting what matters

I'll start w an easy one.

It was wonderful (to say the least) to celebrate with my friend Deanna her 80th birthday! She is a wonderful human in countless ways, and the brilliant farmer behind Rose Ridge Farm - 30 years certified organic, 200 acres, 5th generation. We are lucky to have her dedication in northeast

Her outstanding beef is always available in the purplebrown farm store freezer, & the steaks always sell out fast, because folks that know, know. This may be the best beef in Ohio.

For your holiday cook out - grab some burgers and hot dogs! There's still a few steaks.

It's time! Time to sign up for 12 weeks of fall produce bundles at (in store or the website)

we curate the best, natural grown, nutritionally dense variety of seasonal produce each week, from about 6 amazingly talented local growers.

You can expect a changing seasonal selection of tomatoes peppers beans melons apples greens squash roots.... Something to eat fresh, to cook, to preserve, to indulge.
