Meet our *New* Fall Squash ✨ STRIPETTE ✨

A cross between spaghetti squash & delicata, this squash has the texture of spaghetti but the sweet flavor of delicata. Stop by the market for ALL these ingredients to throw together an easy, but delicious dinner!

Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds. Rub the inside with butter, salt & pepper, cover with foil & roast at 425° until tender. Approx 45 minutes. Use a fork to pull flesh into spaghetti-like strands.

Brown a pound of our fresh, local hamburger, add a chopped onion until tender and add a jar of our marinara sauce. Serve over squash with some Parmesan cheese on top and you have a FANTASTIC healthy meal! 🍝 ENJOY
