Fall is right around the corner and we’re looking for a w**e enthusiast to join the team at Folk Bottle.
Our retail store is focused on small family owned producers from around the world, so base level w**e knowledge is a requirement - though there will be lots of learning opportunities along the way!

Immediate need for a few weekday shifts, plus the occasionally daytime weekend hours.

NEW W**E ALERT

Located near the border with Slovenia in Styria Austria, Weingut Tement has established themselves as a benchmark producer of Sauvignon Blanc. In a region best known for the high yielding Welschriesling, Manfred Tement saw promise for Sauvignon Blanc from the start and has been commended for making some of the world’s best expressions for years.

The w**ery’s flagship w**e “Kalk & Kreide” is a departure from their lineup of single vineyard cuvées and instead exemplifies the totality of their 50 different growing sites, named for the main terrior “Limestone & Clay”.

Farmed biodynamically, the w**e undergoes a natural fermentation before spending six months on lees in stainless steel. The resulting w**e is textural and mineral driven, an expression of Sauvignon Blanc truly unlike any other!
