I’ve worn many hats throughout my career—administrator, consultant, and marketer—but starting a fudge business has been the sweetest adventure yet.

What began as a fun holiday gift idea has grown into a women-owned, family-run business inspired by a love of chocolate and the Finger Lakes.

Beautiful wild black raspberries are ripe here at Hazy Hollow Acres and I got to them before the snack squad (aka bears, deer and birds!) Gathered a nice batch this morning, I'll make them into a yummy treat with Hazy Fudge this weekend.
