We produce Perfect Pasture Raised Organic Chicken Eggs, Marvelous Maple Syrup aged in bourbon barrells, and the Best Bug spray from all natural citronella.

mice had eaten thru the water jug nozzles had to switch to metal .

Roosters can be hard to manage ! This brahma hen was the smallest in the flock . She developed wounds from repeated pecking and mounting ...... I will nurse her back to health. Have irrigated and cleansed her wound, and will be applying hen healer ointment . Her wound should close by secondary intention. The key is avoiding continuous pecking.
The wound has healthy granulation tissue without signs of active infection. I expect her to do well !
