Authentic, natural wine begins with the place where the wine grew. All of our extraordinary winegrowers are guided by years of tradtion and local culture which informs the grapes they nurture, and defines the challenges of every growing season in each climate and so

Chef Rich has put together a fantastic five-course menu, which we’ll be pairing with five outstanding MB wines (including an Ampeau Meursault that’s nearly as old as we are).

$195 pp
Due to NJ ABC regulations, $45 (plus tax) for the wine is collected at the time of reservation; $150 (plus tax and gratuity) for the dinner will be collected by June at the conclusion of the evening.

One of the coolest white wines in Alsace is back (after a long hiatus…) ⚡️ 7 Grains from our friend Maxime Barmès of is a classic Alsatian Edelzwicker (a blend of grapes…in this case, seven of ‘em!) and a perfect fresh and fruity white wine for anything and everything this summer.
