Chef Rich has put together a fantastic five-course menu, which we’ll be pairing with five outstanding MB wines (including an Ampeau Meursault that’s nearly as old as we are).

$195 pp
Due to NJ ABC regulations, $45 (plus tax) for the wine is collected at the time of reservation; $150 (plus tax and gratuity) for the dinner will be collected by June at the conclusion of the evening.

One of the coolest white wines in Alsace is back (after a long hiatus…) ⚡️ 7 Grains from our friend Maxime Barmès of is a classic Alsatian Edelzwicker (a blend of grapes…in this case, seven of ‘em!) and a perfect fresh and fruity white wine for anything and everything this summer.
