Our one and only Myotonic Breeding for 2026: Frassenei Farms Chattahoochee had to get all cleaned up and shaved to have his rendezvous with Stone Man Farm Ramblin' Rose. It may take them a couple weeks, this is the first breeding for each. Rose is not quite ready...Both are MGR Registered Myotonic's. Stay tuned for updates!

Stopping for the night in Laramie Wyoming! We had a great show! With so many beautiful animals and great friends! SMF America took 2nd place in White Bass, Rosa, Bison, Red Bud Shows and 1st place in Scissor Tail n Twister Show! I will miss this sweet guy, he was picked up Saturday afternoon to be a herd sire for a new breeder in Indiana! Excited to see him show on the East coast! SMF Angelica did very well in large class of Sr Does, a 2nd in Rosa Show & 3rd in Scissor Tail! Sweet SMF Jewell got a 3rd place in Sooner show (huge class of 30 Does) and SMF Titus got 3rd in large class of Sr Bucks White Bass show! We had a great time visiting with our fellow goatie friends we only see once a year and as always my road trip group! So Cheers to Oklahoma 6th Annual Mini Silkie show and the 2026 show season!! 6.5 more hours on the road to get home!

Our goats have been placing well and several have been in the line up for Reserve and Grand Champion! Photos and results will be posted after the final show today. I finally got to meet my “Valkyrie”, and get her settled in the trailer with her brother Odie. From Dovetail Farm

Wash day was yesterday, it poured all day so it took a bit longer having to blow dry after! Here’s our group and our Air BnB! Today we are off to a good start…. SMF Jewell was in the line up of 7 out of 27. But did not place. That’s wonderful for her first time.. still have 6 more shows to place! 😉

Busy day yesterday! We arrived at the Venue in Stillwater Oklahoma around 2pm, set up pens unloaded goats and got them settled in.. unload the trailer, and visited with fellow breeders before heading to our AirBnB! Shower, comfy’s and Door Dash wrapped up our day! We will post more photos today.. but first, we must wash the goats😉! Stay tuned….

Stopped for the night in Colby Kansas! Just 6 short hours in the morning! We took the Southern route via 70, and missed all the traffic issues up in Wyoming! Our other half of our group are still making their way to Colby! Vail and Breckenridge Colorado were beautiful! 835 miles today!
