It’s Thursday!! Aka, my day off. Well not really now that school has started back up. Woke about 2:30 am realizing I forgot to turn off the sprinkler 🙄 but decided I’d stay up because you know meteor showers 😂. I took the boy to school, then went out to the beach to relax for a couple hours and read my book.🌴I got a picture of Mars, Saturn and Pleiades this morning..see if you can find them 🤗 but I only saw one meteor

As the day broke at 0330, a new chapter unfolded. I collected my sister at 0415 and together we arrived at Navarre Beach by 0505, ready to greet the dawn. With coffee in hand, we strolled along the shore, savoring the tranquil atmosphere as the sun prepared to rise. The morning's promise was palpable, filled with possibilities. We chanced upon a striking piece of driftwood and a fearless ghost crab, reminding us of nature's resilience and beauty.

Used my new tips today. Theses are gluten free cupcakes. It’s from a recipe my daughter and I revamped to make it gluten free. It reminds me of a very moist wedding cake. I also need to figure out how to get the frosting to stay a little stiffer after adding the food coloring paste. Any tips?? Meringue powder maybe?

Yesterday involved a lot of lawn mowing. We then completed constructing the third garden bed, incorporating trellis supports for the beans and peppers. The garden also boasts an area for corn and squash. After completing our outdoor tasks, we enjoyed some relaxing time around our fire pit.
