Tatted Fam,

I just want to speak from my heart for a minute because this whole situation has honestly broken my heart.
None of this was intentional. None of it was malicious. Our client was blindsided by what happened, but so were we. I understand the frustration, the disappointment, and the questions, and I truly do.
Everything was going fine. We have had successful events and have worked hard to build a relationship with our Tatted Vegan Family based on love, good food, trust, and showing up for our people. Then my car was stolen, and honestly, it threw everything into chaos at once.
I did communicate with my client, and I had absolutely no reason or desire to hide from her or avoid communicating. I would never intentionally do that.
What hurts me the most is seeing messages saying that I'm shady, hiding, or dishonest. That's not who I am, and that's not how I have ever presented myself to my community. I have made mistakes, and I can own my mistakes, but I will not allow anyone to believe that my intentions were malicious when they simply were not.
I love my Tatted Vegan Family. I love what we have built, and I love being able to cook for and serve my community. This situation has been extremely difficult, and I'm doing the best I can to get everything back in order and make things right.
I pray that everything can be resolved quickly, fairly, and amicably. I don't want arguing, negativity, or more hurt. I just want everyone to have some understanding that this situation was something we never expected either.
To everyone who has supported us, checked on us, prayed for us, and continued to believe in us — thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
And to those who are disappointed or angry, I hear you too.
I'm still here. I'm still working on making things right. And I'm still the same person who has always loved her Tatted Vegan Family.

I completely understand that some of you are upset and disappointed with me regarding the canceled events and marketing campaigns this week. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
Unfortunately, the circumstances that caused these cancellations were completely out of my control. Please know that I never take your support, your bookings, or your trust in The Tatted Vegan for granted.
I love cooking for you guys, serving our community, and creating the experiences you’ve come to expect from us. ❤️
Please give us a little time and grace to recover and get things back in order. We will be back open soon, and our goal is to return stronger and continue providing the service, food, and love you’ve come to expect from The Tatted Vegan.
