“You did such an amazing job at our wedding! Noah and I still talk about the mashed potato bar and the gumbo all the time! All of the food was delicious, and multiple family members and friends have told me that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. I am absolutely positive they loved it because there were very few leftovers too, and I know I, and most of my friends, went back for multiple helpings! Y’all helped us create a menu that we enjoyed and were so easy to work with regarding additions and changes. You were so good that now I’m trying to come up with excuses for Noah and I to fly back to Pensacola to have you cater some other special occasion. We were really appreciative of you working with us on using my antique plate collections for the table settings too, even though that was new to y’all.
