Due to the ongoing troubles from Hurricane Isaias, we are rescheduling tonight’s class for date TBD.

🍂 We started off October with 2 fall themed !

Saturday our PCKids Jr Chef's had an opportunity to show off their impressive skills! They made Witches Brew Beef Stew 🍲 and Cauldron "Green Chocolate Bubbling" Fondue! 🫕

On Sunday, Chef Amy taught our 📚🍽️ Pages to Plates class- Fall Comfort Foods!

This is our second time highlighting Sand Dollar Catering, for a good reason! A small business built on love 💕

We had the pleasure of visiting them at Palafox Market a few weekends ago, and I must say, this high school sweetheart couple is a bundle of joy! They love what they do- and we love that we can make it happen for them!

Sand Dollar Catering features a New Orleans cuisine in the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area, bringing delicious dishes right to our mouths (without having to make a 4 hour drive)!

Big shout out to all the folks out there who voted for us as the Runner Up for the Best Local Food Producer category this year. We are truly thankful we get to share our sauces with you all. Congrats to Whim Cotton Candy for pulling out the win and our fellow runner uppers, The Black Garlic Market inc and The Hummus Lady. Remember to and support those supporting your community!

The laughter that filled our classroom this weekend~ making what we do worth it ❤️

Ladies, families, and couples had a wonderful time cooking up Crepes, Pizza, and more!

Thanks to all that joined us, we had a blast and hope you did too! 😁

Our mission from day one was to positively impact the community through culinary experiences. Any time we get to engage with teens is a bonus! They are always so eager, excited, and proud of themselves when they complete a recipe and sit down to enjoy the meal together. With that said, we are humbled by our newest community partnership with Hope Above Fear

You have an opportunity to sponsor a Choose Your Story Pensacola Cooks Commissary and Classroom Cooking Class Experience

Choose Your Story is Hope Above Fear’s signature youth engagement program, creating free opportunities for local teens to connect, try something new, and experience positive, substance-free activities throughout our community.

On November 23rd, teens will come together at Pensacola Cooks for a hands-on History of Thanksgiving cooking class. For some, it will be another opportunity to connect with friends they’ve made through Choose Your Story. For others, it may be their first time joining us.

Your sponsorship helps make experiences like this possible at no cost to participating teens and families. Each sponsored seat gives a young person an opportunity to try something new, build meaningful connections, and discover healthy outlets they can carry with them beyond a single Choose Your Story experience.
