BatterBlitz was doing her thang yesterday as usual 😏

NY Cheesecake covered in chocolate and peanut butter drizzle with fruity pebbles, cinnamon toast crunch, and Oreo cookie crumbles. Not to mention her mini cornbread pancakes and "The Outlaw" with homemade chili, nacho cheese, and pickled jalapenos covering them 🤤.

I normally get "The Hog Father" and that's cornbread pancakes with smoked pulled pork that she smokes herself with barbecue sauce drizzle and crispy onions🤗😋. She also does regular pancakes with sweet pairings but I'm Team Savory! Not a single market that I've ever attended with her have I ever gone home hungry 😂 She's also the mastermind behind Taste Atlas!

Thank you for everyone who came out to the Central Station Commissary market today! Although the rain hit, it was still nice seeing everyone who came out and all the vendors!

I would also like to thank my little fan base that has helped me start this baking business in downtown Pensacola with some exceptions outside the area. Thank y'all for keeping the momentum going for this little baker boy. It's not always a piece of cake doing this and losing money on product any time is a downer but knowing I have a community that's proud to help and back me up is incredibly rewarding and gives me peace of mind that I'm not only able to sell the stuff I have left over, but that you guys are always wanting more and appreciate the products. Thank y'all so much, man. I love this business and it's going to do just fine with y'all's continuous support. Hope to see you all out at the Saturday Palafox Market for my first ever Saturday market appearance 😁. It's a huge market and a big achievement for the business to be a part of so please come out and see me this weekend and also at the Sunday Market on Palafox. Looking like a good weekend finally! Out at Central Station Commissary and we are ready for y'all! Come get everything from BBQ to tacos to mini pancakes (sweet or savory! I'm team savory 😋) and plenty of vendors to check out and as always, I've got dessert covered 😉

In the meantime, check out the peanut butter in those chocolate hazelnut cookies 🤤. They're here at the market!!! 🍪🍪🍪😁😁😁

Sunday Market on Palafox is in full effect and on a great Father's day also! As usual, I forgot to take pictures when I set up 😒. About a quarter of what I had but that's a good thing!

In other good news, Porch Pastries will be attending the Saturday Palafox Market starting 6/27 which is next Saturday! I will be on Southside so I hope to see y'all out there 😁
I will still be at Central Station Commissary Tuesday! Come out from 3pm-8pm off Burgess Rd. right next to West Florida High School!

Bring Dad out and try some of Taste Atlas batter blitz! Dad's get a free frozen treat for just showing up!
