In just over a month, I’ll be in Zurich for the 6th Annual International Food Innovation Conference with GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (https://www.linkedin.com/company/gdi/).
I’m looking forward to joining an incredible group of people working at the intersection of AI, nutrition, and culinary innovation.
I’ll be closing the conference with a session called “The Chef and the Machine” — exploring where human creativity and artificial intelligence meet in the kitchen.
