We get asked at every market, "Do you have a restaurant?" The answer is no, or maybe, not yet. We work out of Pensacola Cooks Commissary Kitchen on the Westside of town. We get all the licensing and inspections that restaurants get, but then we hit the streets and either cater events or sell directly to you at farmers' markets.
