Millwright Spirits Distilling Company, constructors of fine spirits, is the 33rd federally permitted distillery in the state of IL and the first in Peoria, IL since 1981. It's Peoria Distiller's Week at Dozer Park - Home of the Peoria Chiefs! The Peoria Chiefs are bringing back the popular Peoria Distiller's namesake for the week. The Distillers jersey auction proceeds will support the Peoria Historical Society.
