The ideal Bearfish Brew team member is outgoing, customer-service focused, takes initiative, and helps keep things running smoothly while treating the shop with care and attention. We love team players who can stay cool and positive under pressure during busy rushes while creating a welcoming, friendly environment for our customers and genuinely enjoying what they do. We take pride in crafting quality drinks and providing excellent customer service, but we also don’t take ourselves too seriously and believe work should be fun too. Oh… and you must love mornings! ☀️☕
✨ THE JOB: 💲Hourly wage ➕ Tips ☕ Preparing handcrafted drinks: coffee, tea, refreshers, lemonade, and other specialty beverages 🍦 Scooping ice cream and serving treats with a friendly attitude 😊 Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and creating a welcoming experience 🧼 Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while following all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines 💳 Operating the register/POS system and handling cash and credit transactions accurately 📦 Restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly 🌟 Paying attention to drink details, customer preferences, and quality standards 🔓 Assisting with opening and closing duties and working independently once trained
✨ WHAT EACH LOCATION LOOKS LIKE:
📍 PEPIN:
Hours 7:30–3:15 (+/- 15 minutes earlier/later)
Weekday and weekend hours available (2 weekends per month during summer)
📍 DURAND:
Hours approximately 7:30–3:15 (may open/close earlier or later depending on finalized hours or different times for events)
Weekday and weekend hours available (2 weekends per month during summer)
✨Our mobile trailer will also be set up at a variety of community events and pop-ups throughout the area. While we won’t be doing the larger music festivals this year that we’ve done in the past, there still may be opportunities to work weekend events that are super fun (if you choose).
🟠 Weekend availability during the summer is necessary. Additional weekday hours are available but may not be required depending on availability, scheduling needs, and overall fit with company needs.
🔵 If you’re in high school, college, or simply looking for summer work — I’m willing to work with you! There may also be opportunities for weekend work during the Fall and Spring.
