Thank you for a fun and great Labor Day weekend! Thankful for our 2nd Labor Day in our shop and 3rd in Pepin! ❤️

We love seeing familiar faces come in for a drink or ice cream and it's a joy meeting new folks from all across this country and even from outside of the ole US of A!

We were a cool reprieve from the humidity on Friday and the weather was great for everyone to enjoy their time in Pepin for the rest of the Holiday weekend. We welcomed so many lovely people through our doors...and sometimes it's so funny how our simple spark of a conversation can lead to many great conversations!
It can get me talking to somebody from Florida, where I know exactly where their hometown is because I lived down the road from there for years.
Or when I asked the question:
"Do you have any plans for today?"
Only to hear, "Well I'm getting married today."
"I guess you've got some big plans then!" 😁
Then the next girl in line - "I got married yesterday!"
Tell me a happier place then right there at that moment! ❤️

Ohhhhh so much fun was had!!! 💕❤️💕
But......then it all ended when I had to clean-up at the end of the shift today. 😁
