A show for the books!

Special thanks to Sophia and Cheyenne for hanging and helping all day!

Congrats to :

Emily, took her girl Ebbie into the show ring and wound up Reserve Champion .

Charlotte rode Averie around some gorgeous courses, and was Champion.

Lillian took baby Crewe to a pre Devon horse show and he didn't put one foot wrong. Champion in the Baby Greens and Best Turned out for the Outdoor Ring.

Peyton did her second show ever, was a class winner in a large WT division.

Riley, despite some equine hiccups, worked hard despite Sammy being a bit nervous.

Sophie started a new harder level this year and each show gets better and better. She won one of her SS hunter rounds!

Kelsie rode in the Short Stirrup Division after a pony swap and had some gorgeous rounds, and was Champion.

Zoey, on her come back after breaking her arm did her normal show level and laid out some gorgeous trips with oscar and was awarded Reserve Champ of Modified Eq.

Reagan had a great ride with a new mount. She was also awarded best turned out for the indoor ring.

Sarah and her best horse friend Averie, laid down some great consistent trips in Modified Eq.

And lastly Faith, who has always had dreams of taking sammy despite his downfalls and although it wasn't easy, she was awarded first for her last trip of the day and 2nd in her flat.

Super proud of all these girls and can't wait to keep letting them shine in the show ring!

A few weeks ago I posted that Elliott finished his winter circuit in FL. I didn’t mention that the goal of winter circuit was to hopefully qualify him for Devon. Today the qualifying list came out and he made the cut

Pony Pals started tonight! Wonderful wonderful kids, full class...with wait list.

4 kids were no shows at the last minute. Already have my staff set so 4 missing kids is a lot! (Wait listed kids already made other plans).

IF anyone wants to get their kiddo in for the last four classes message me! Monday nights 6-7:15. Open house class on Nov 10th. Will have them make up the first class at your convenience.

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! Pony Pals at ELF is now forming. It is five Monday evenings from 6-7:15. If you would like more information send me an email and I can give you the details on how to sign up.

This is the perfect course for those that are interested in horses, as they will learn a little bit about riding, make a craft, learn about horses, groom, play some games and more!

Ideal for ages 4-9, as they are broken up into their own age groups to rotate the stations.

Seeing my students at a horse show you only see a small part of our story. Today we went to the Horse Park invitational. Mind you we haven't shown a ton this summer for a lot of reasons. So this was a long time in the works.

New little ones in Mini stirrup or leadline . Never doing a "real" show before today for the most part. ..One who swapped onto a pony she has never ridden before! Hung with the best of them and happy all day long even though they are SO little. Congrats Abby, Riley, and Ellie .

Then Mary goes into her division and was given a test that she has never practiced before. She watched the girl who went first and then followed their lead and was a rock star. Mary also picked up a reserve champion ribbon.

Emily in a giant class won her flat class and 2nd in a jumping class to come away Reserve champion with Averie. What an awesome summer it has been watching her grow into a stronger rider.

Riley and Brynlee rode Sammy to great successes. Anyone who knows sammy knows what a feat this is as he is scared of his shadow. They confidently piloted him around the course. Riley was Reserve champion and Brynlee just missed reserve in her division.

Chloe doing a longer courses with Oliver. Working hard for IEA season coming soon and jumping for the first time in IEA. Always one to jump in and work on the next thing to make her stronger and a better horse person.

Ava rode Babbitt (Just turned 4!) in his very first show in the US. He is so darn cute and Ava gave him the perfect first show experience. He is brave and I'm so excited for his future! So proud of Ava for knowing what's important and not caring about her ribbons when she knows it is about a step in his journey.

Sophia rode Bryce and had her first show that it all clicked and came together. ALL the lead changes. Lovely lines. And a clean sweep, and Champion. Another greenie that we are excited to watch her journey.

Sarah's first ride in Tall Boots was a great one as well! One of my veteran kiddos ready to help anyone and has become such a great team with Averie in the long run!

And lastly Zoey. Who after 3 falls in one day during summer camp, got back in the irons on Oscar to pilot him through a 2 ft course even though I knew in her heart she was nervous and worried and she did it. Thats all i can ever ask for .And then decided to stay and help me with girl scouts doing a 12 hour day along side of me.

Grateful for Lily, Faith and Abby who came ALL day long to support and help their friends .I could never do it without the team behind me. And my team behind me happen to be my students ❤ And then all 15 of them met me back at the barn to clean their stalls, and trailer and water ponies and more .

Beyond special thanks to Sarah Sc. who trailered ponies for me. And then my pony decided to demolish her trailer. Always so so grateful for your help with everything....everything.

And my mom who a rock star and 3 weeks post major surgery drove my trailer to the horse park and was there all day with me. She is pretty darn amazing.

Tomorrow....I'm sleeping in!
