Just imagine how many calories you will burn taking that added trip to the farm. The muscular strength and vigor to be gained carrying the heavy packages. The weight you will lose chopping those fruits and vegetables for dinner. Contrary to popular belief, inefficiency is healthier! Myerov Farm gives you the opportunity for more inefficiency, and the added bonus of keeping your food dollars within your community. What fun it is trying to identify that green bunch of leaves in your share box. Overcoming your food fear of okra and discovering that watermelons actually have seeds.

Myerov farm always showcases a variety of ethnic and unique vegetables from around the world. This CSA offers internships and opportunities for "Hands on Learning" and participation. Community events have included Macrobiotic Cooking Classes, Bread Baking, Dance Instruction, Salon Style Music Programs, Farm to Table Dining, Comedy Improv.
