I was looking back at my old photos (working on a reel) and found this one from last year. I'm loving the moodiness of it. If I'm correct, this was taken not long after a large storm had blown through and dumped a ton of water on us.
Not much has changed in a year. The view is essentially the same, but this year the grass is mowed!

I finally put a bench out under the pine tree!
While this view may not be much for some people, it is my favorite view on the farm. This view overlooks our terraced pasture and it looks SO beautiful when the cows are on it.
Baby and Ranger also frequent sitting/sleeping under this tree. Baby had a hole dug under it that Ranger has kept up in her absence. I'll always think of her when I sit here and watch the cows graze.
Side note: Ranger thinks the bench is for him and almost immediately stole it from me. 🤦🏼‍♀️
