This half has sold. Thank you to all the customers and future customers who have reached out tonight. We will have availability in June and November 2026. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you are interested in being secured to one of these dates as we foresee these dates will fill up fast.

Attention customers:

A customer has backed out for tomorrow’s group of steer so we have a half available at our last group at $5.00 a pound hanging weight which includes the processing fees.

Next year we are going to 2 dates for calves being processed and the new price will be $6.00 a pound hanging weight which includes processing fees.

Please message if you would like to purchase this half so we can get your customized cut sheet sent to the processor.

Our new process on purchasing half or whole beef.

We are transitioning to two times a year, June and November. By doing this we are ensuring we have the best product for you. Please let me know if you would like to be placed on either of these dates.

If you know you would like to be placed on either list or both yearly we can automatically put you down. This will help us know the number of calves we will need to prepare yearly.

This year we will have July and November lists.
