What's new at Roo's? We are sampling our herb pork chops and our Vadavan sausages at the Ludlow Farmers Market today. Vadavan is a French Curry herb organic pork sausage with a mild curry that is tempered with warm spices. We also
have a limited supply of early potatoes including the pretty harlequin potatoe that is part purple part white. Moon spotted summer squash, long island cheese squash, and a free fresh herb and garlic packet with your pork chop purchase. Made for you, only at Roo's! Sun 8/30.

What's new at Roo's? Saturday August 29, 6-7:30 pm Roo's is excited to welcome the Stringfield Springers to play at our Farm to Fire Woodfired Pizza night.

The Stringfield Springers, led by fiddler George Ainley, roll back the time machine to before bluegrass was born. Their “old time” music combines southern mountain music with jug band and Tin Pan Alley genres. George is accompanied by Steve Matush on guitar, Julie Levy on uke and Barbara Schultz on cello to bring some toe tapping tunes from the past

What's new at Roo's? Despite the rain it was a busy day at the Ludlow Farmers Market today. We were sampling our exclusive Chorizo de Cabro and it was delicious! 😋. Piles of organic onions, garlic, garlic scapes, shallots, rutabaga, summer squash, long island cheese squash, chicken, eggs and pork products flew from our stand to dinner tables near and far. If you missed us at the market this weekend, come by the store, Tues-Sat 8:30 am -7:30 pm
