What’s new at Roo’s?
Roo's Farm to Fire Pizza Special this week is a French Onion pizza. From the wood fired oven, this neopolitan style approx 12” pie is made with a house made a sour creamy french onion base, layered with Roo's caramelized organic onions, fresh mozzarella and Gruyère cheeses, sprinkled with fresh thyme, and all on top of Roo's fresh and bubbly fermented pizza dough made with organic flour. Or on gluten free dough made with Caputo flour.

Save the date: Our last Farm to Fire Pizza night this season is Sat October 31, featuring live music by our creative customers, YOU! Come croon at the moon or sing like a rock star and celebrate the end of a great farm season-- Costume Karaoke 🎤 🎃, 10/31 4:30-7:30.

Organic  hay, pork, heritage turkeys, chickens, eggs, dairy goats, fruits, and produce.   We also produce custom goat milk soap, canned jellies and jams, canned pickles and relish, and ready mixes.

Sat 10/17 Roos Farm to Fire pizza special celebrates fall on the farm: 🍁
It is; Butternut squash and smoked ham. From the wood fired oven, this neopolitan style approx 12” pie is made with a house made a creamy butternut squash base made from Roo’s organic squash, layered with smoked ham from Roo’s organic pork, fresh melty mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheeses, a drizzle of hot honey and some fresh sage all on top of Roo's fresh and bubbly fermented pizza dough made with organic flour. Or with Caputo gluten free flour.

What's new at Roo's? Roos Farm to Fire wood fired pizza special this week (10/9, -10) iis a spinach feta. This melty pie is made with organic spinach , mozzarella, and feta on our fermented dough made with organic flour and sits in a house made white sauce.
