What's new at Roo's? Roo's Farm to Fire Pizza Special this week is a garlic scape chicken pesto* pizza. From the wood fired oven, this neopolitan style approx 12” pie is made with Roo's organic garlic scapes, basil, olive oil, Roo's organic roasted chicken, fresh mozzarella, and a light layer of super thin sliced organic red onions all on top of Roo's fresh and bubbly fermented pizza dough made with organic flour. *nut free pesto.
