Come join the fun Saturday & Sunday and stop by our tent for free samples of our cheese. We make Gruyere and Raclette style cheeses with the raw milk produced by the grazing cows on our family dairy farm in Western New York.

🌬For the pilots’ safety, all flights are extremely weather dependent, especially sensitive to wind. Flight decisions are not made until close to flight time.

🍀If you’re lucky enough to see a launch, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. 15 balloons could lift into the skies of the Grand Canyon of the East and go where the wind carries them, sometimes down into Great Bend Canyon, sometimes touching Middle Falls or soaring over the Genesee Arch railroad bridge at Upper Falls. They touch down outside the park.

We are ready for another great Brighton Farmers' Market on Sunday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at our NEW Summer location at the Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship! 🌞🌞 As a reminder, parking is available using the parking lots at 150 Sawgrass Dr. at the stop light.
