Soup is sold out! I will make it again!

Something new for lunch!
Today at D Street we are going to do a trial run for having soups. If it goes well, we’ll rotate different soups on certain days. Today’s soup is ham and potato chowder. It’s a very hearty soup full of ham, potatoes, cheese, and…BACON. Perfect for this rainy day. (Yes, we have to-go containers.) Since this is a trial run, I made a smaller batch than I normally will, so get here quickly if you want to be sure to get some today.

We also still have protein boxes and chicken salad available.

And, today’s sweet treat is pumpkin rolls.

It’s been a busy morning here at D Street! Our muffin of the day is banana bread.

And our sweet treat was requested after I made these for the Main Street banquet… Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes. If fall can be described as “in a cup”, this is fall in a cupCAKE. My daughter grew up with us making these together so when she walked in and said “it smells like home”, well you can imagine how happy that made this momma’s heart! Come in and taste for yourself. See you at D Street!

Oh yeah, and we have sourdough! Sandwich, jalapeño cheddar, garlic Asiago, Everything Bagel & Cheese, and Smoked Gouda.

Good morning and happy Columbus Day! We are open today and have warm coffee cake along with our other regular offerings. Come see us at D Street and claim your favorite spot!

I also wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know the back room is available for use during the day for meetings and such, but you must reserve it if you want the space to yourself. It’s also available to rent the space in the evenings. Call or email us for more information.

Finally, there has been some question as to whether or not I take special orders. I absolutely do! You can special order anything we make in the bakery and I have also done other cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and many other items that aren’t on our bakery list. So please let me know if we can help you with your party or other event!
