IMPORTANT ORDER POLICY UPDATE

To keep orders running smoothly and ensure I have enough time to prepare and purchase fresh ingredients:

* A minimum 25% deposit is required to confirm and secure all orders.
* I must receive the deposit within 24 hours in order to proceed with the order.
* This gives me time to purchase ingredients and plan accordingly.
* If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the order will not be placed on the books or scheduled.
* If a deposit is repeatedly promised but not paid after 2–3 days, the order will be considered unconfirmed and the date may be released.

This is standard practice for bakeries
I operate the same way to protect ingredient costs, scheduling, and production time.

I work with multiple customers and orders at the same time, so this policy ensures everyone is scheduled fairly in the order requests come in and deposits are paid, so I can serve all customers properly.
