🚨 An Honest Update from The Bootheel Baking Co. Team 🚨
Hey everyone! We know so many of you have been counting down the days to our Re-Re-Grand Opening this coming Tuesday. We were right there with you, but we’ve made the executive decision to push our official opening day back.
As many of you know, we took over this amazing space back in April, and we’ve been pouring our hearts (and a whole lot of literal sweat) into doing the renovations ourselves. Historic buildings have so much character, but as anyone who has ever remodeled knows: you fix one thing, and you find three more things that need love! 🛠️✨
Because we refuse to cut corners, we are taking a brief beat to ensure every single structural detail and finishing touch is 100% perfect and done right.
What does this mean for our timeline?
To keep things completely transparent, we are shifting our focus entirely toward a June opening. We aren’t locking down a hard calendar date just yet, as we want to get a little closer to the finish line first, but we promise to give you plenty of notice so you can clear your calendars!

Just because the doors aren't open yet doesn't mean the excitement stops. Over the next couple of weeks, we’re going to be sharing some exclusive, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks of the gorgeous industrial details we've been working on, a look at the progress, and the final countdown.
This journey has been a lot of hard work, but doing it right is a blessing in disguise. Thank you all for your incredible grace, your patience, and for always having our backs. June is going to be delicious! 🥐☕
