If you’ve ever wondered how we keep up with all the pies we make throughout the year… this machine is a big reason why. 🥧

Our pie press has been a workhorse for us, helping us produce thousands of pie shells with consistency and speed.

It’s one of those pieces of equipment that doesn’t get much attention, but trust us… we’d miss it if it was gone. 😅

And let’s be honest, there’s just something oddly satisfying about watching it work.

So this week we took some of your favorite classics and gave them a little upgrade…

FRENCH CRULLER DAY!

And if you don’t know, now you do. 😎

Every Wednesday is the only day of the week you can get your hands on these light, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pieces of goodness. One bite and you’ll understand why they have such a loyal following.

🚧 A quick heads up: Our drive-thru may be temporarily affected today as we replace the gutters on that side of the building. It’s a project that’s been long overdue, and unfortunately there’s never a perfect time when you’re open 7 days a week.

We’ll do our best to provide some form of drive-thru service throughout the day, but there may be brief interruptions. If needed, our lobby is open and ready to serve you with a smile!

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make a few improvements around the bakery. We promise the French Crullers are worth the extra effort. 😉🍩

For those who don’t know, Leslie is the creative mind behind so many of the cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts you see coming out of our bakery.

What you may not see are the countless hours she spends making sure every detail is perfect. If the lights are on, there’s a good chance she’s decorating something.

Today we’re taking a moment to celebrate her and all she does for the bakery, our customers, and our family.
