🍎We have three new apples in and more to come!🍏

Jersey Mac & Early Mac: don’t let their names fool you, these are not McIntosh! But their style is very similar. Sweet and tart, crispy, juicy, and delicious

Duchess of Oldenberg: this tart, aromatic heirloom variety is a favorite processing apple (think, pies, crisp, cider) of many. They very commonly have a disorder called watercore which gives the flesh a watery appearance—but that water is sugary and sweet and leads to what some feel is a more exceptional eating experience

And of course we still have good ol’ Lodi.

We’ll see Viking and William’s Pride next!
